Sustainability of Born Global Firms - how diversity matters
- July 2023
This essay assesses how success and perennity of established born global firms can be enhanced by the unique managerial, organizational, and strategical acumens of their leaders, using the diversity of their intangible assets to their full extent.
It examines a comprehensive set of born global firms’ literature, while being supplemented with invaluable inputs from 16 successful leaders from 3 continents.
It is based on my Doctoral Dissertation, defended in October 2021, and was made more accessible for an audience of scholars, business managers and students.

The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) is an English examination that tests your knowledge of business English in four key areas: reading, listening, grammar and vocabulary. The maximum score on TOEIC is 990 points. A great score is anything above 900 points.
The certificate exists in 5 colours that correspond to different score levels while the highest is Gold: with score of between 860 and 990
