Economiquement incorrect - Eric Le Boucher
- In french. First published in 2005.
From Asia to America, the world is accelerating its pace. Europe stops. And France is going backward. While stressing that it is with the purpose of leading a proud resistance to the globalization and liberalism, the politicians are giving ways to corporativism. Not moving forward is ruining the country and leads 1 every 4 young people to be without a job. Why is France in such a difficult position when other countries are meeting success?
-> The difficulties with a 6 years old book is that some of the metrics used to illustrate ideas and theories may be a bit out of synch with our current world. However, surprisingly enough, several of the illustrations used are still very much accurate and led me to believe that the issues faced today, whether in France or outside, are taking their roots in well known, for years, facts and decisions.
