Burgundy School of Business, created in 1899 by the Dijon Chamber of Commerce, is a private higher educational establishment. The school is a member of the network of French Grandes écoles.

ESDES School of Business and Management is located in Lyon, and Annecy, France. It was created in 1987, within the Catholic University of Lyon. ESDES is state-recognised and its diploma carries the "visa" of approval and the master's degree of the French Ministry of Education, the master in management program is EPAS accredited.

Historically based in Angers, it now has campuses in Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Bordeaux, Cholet, Budapest and Shanghai. The school offers several programmes, including a five-year course (known as the "Grande École" program) delivering a diploma approved by the French state and conferring the degree of master. Triple accredited (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA), it is part of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles.
