Tiger Temple, or Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua.
A Theravada Buddhist temple near Kanchanaburi (a 2hrs bus ride, plus 2km walking under the sun). Founded in 1994 as a forest temple and sanctuary for wild animals, among them several tigers, the temple meets its share of criticism as for the way their tigers can become so docile and remotely aggressive.
